 · Applications: YG6X carbide ball is widely used in a variety of hardware industry, valves, bearings, die casting, punching pieces, grinding, measuring, chemical, petroleum, military. 

 · Features: The main ingredient is tungsten-cobalt alloy (WC-CO) high hardness, is fine-grained alloy, its hardness and wear resistance than YG6 alloy ball, toughness slightly lower than YG8 alloy suitable for production of wear-resistant ball impact components. 











 YG6, YG6, YG6X, the main difference: 

 YG6 is 6% cobalt alloy content, WC grain size in the 1.2-1.6um 

 YG6A is 6% cobalt content, while adding a small amount of TaC alloy 

 YG6X is 6% cobalt content of the alloy, but with a smaller WC grain size and uniformity, higher performance than YG6, WC grain size <1um
